ARROWHEAD GRANITE

Your project.
Your information.

SLC Custom Homes, Inc., doing business as Arrowhead Granite.

Here’s what happens when you use this website.

Planning on this page

Your project type, material preference, ZIP code, timing, and notes stay in the current page while you build your brief. The planner does not submit a lead or send your choices to Arrowhead automatically. Until you submit a callback request, the site does not save the brief to a server or browser storage. Refreshing resets it; your browser may temporarily restore it when you use the Back button.

Requesting a callback

When online requests are available and you choose “Request a call,” your name, phone number, optional email address and project brief are sent to Arrowhead through our email delivery provider, Resend. These details are used to respond to your project request. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. Hosting, security and email providers process technical information needed to operate these services. Your request may be retained in business email records; contact us by phone about access or deletion.

Calling or sending a text

A call link opens your device’s calling application. On supported devices, a text link opens your messaging application with your project brief filled in. You can also copy the brief and paste it into a text. Review it and press Send to share it with Arrowhead at 281-687-1000. Your phone or messaging provider processes calls and messages under its own terms.

Share only details needed to discuss your countertop project. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the planner or a text.

Advertising and measurement

Private measurement retains reviewed campaign categories with confirmed callback requests. Raw contact details, project notes and click references are excluded from the private receipt record. Optional advertising measurement is described below.

Optional advertising measurement requires your separate allow choice.

Submission confirmation

For submitted online inquiries, we keep a private confirmation record to prevent duplicate requests and understand which campaigns bring inquiries. It includes a random request reference, a digital fingerprint used to recognize retries, campaign categories and delivery status. It excludes your contact details and project notes. Confirmation records stay active for 90 days, then remain in a recoverable private archive; they are not automatically deleted after 90 days. Only the website owner can view or restore them. Restoring a record does not resend an inquiry or count it again. The private record is not sent to advertising platforms. If you allow advertising measurement where offered, a random confirmation reference can be used to measure your completed inquiry as described below.

Basic website measurement

We keep daily totals of page views to understand website activity. This counter does not store IP addresses, names, contact details, page histories or browser identifiers, and does not use cookies or advertising pixels. Reloads can count as additional views. Our hosting and security providers still process technical information needed to operate the website.

Optional ChatGPT advertising measurement

Where an advertising measurement choice is offered, choosing “Allow measurement” lets OpenAI connect a confirmed inquiry with a ChatGPT ad. Declining does not affect your inquiry. Measurement starts only with your permission and counts completed inquiries, rather than planner steps, calls, copied briefs or failed requests.

OpenAI receives an advertising account identifier, a random inquiry reference, the event type and time, and the page and referring-page origin and path. Page query strings and fragments are excluded. Its browser measurement software uses a ChatGPT ad-click reference and first-party cookies: __oppref lasts up to 30 days after capture, and __obref holds a random browser reference for up to 365 days. It also stores your consent preference in browser storage and a 30-day consent cookie, receives measurement settings, and sends technical service and consent diagnostics. Network requests expose information such as your IP address and browser headers to OpenAI. We do not supply names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact hashes or project notes for this measurement. Inquiry events request exclusion from future user-level ad personalization; measurement identifiers are still used.

Your allow or decline choice is stored on this website for up to 180 days. With permission, pending event references may remain in tab-session storage for up to 24 hours to retry measurement; they contain no contact details or project notes. Network failures or browser blocking can prevent delivery. When available, use “Advertising measurement choices” to change your preference. Declining stops future measurement, clears pending references and asks the measurement software to remove its cookies. It does not undo events already received.
